I am a birth and postpartum doula providing knowledgeable, and compassionate support during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Through Nurture and Connect, I help families feel informed, supported, and confident as they adjust to life with a new baby.
I accept private-pay clients and Michigan Medicaid plans, including McLaren, Aetna, HAP, UnitedHealthcare, Molina, Blue Cross Complete, and Meridian Medicaid.
As a mother of four, I understand how meaningful steady support and guidance can be during birth and the postpartum period. I bring both lived experience and professional training to help families feel prepared, supported, and cared for throughout this transition.
I am a Certified Lactation Specialist (CLS) and Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST), offering support with infant feeding, breastfeeding education, and car seat safety. I am also a Certified Community Health Worker (CHW) and assist families with health advocacy and connections to essential community resources, including diapers, baby supplies, and food assistance.
Nurture and Connect provides comprehensive birth and postpartum support for families across Ingham County, Eaton County, and Clinton County.
